DETOX WATER

After the wonderful holiday season filled with celebrations, , joy, drinks and delicious food, it's time to reset and prepare for the upcoming new year, holidays or events. Cleansing our bodies will help us to start fresh and feel rejuvenated. I am proposing a challenge for January and let's try to detox and eat more veggies that will help us recover and reconnect with our energy and health.

I am not suggesting following any specific diets or food restrictions but rather making some healthy, plant-based changes to help with this challenge.


Water is an excellent way to begin our detox challenge. Drinking water can help cleanse your body, flush out harmful toxins, increase energy levels, and even aid in weight loss.


Detox water is simply water that has been infused with the flavors of fruits, vegetables, or herbs. It is sometimes called fruit-infused or fruit-flavored water. You can make detox water at home in many different ways by using a combination of your favorite fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Unlike juices or blends, detox water infusion contains very few calories, making it a popular drink for detox regimens like the “lemon detox” or “master cleanse.

Detox water is also an excellent alternative to high-sugar drinks like soda and fruit juice, especially when it comes to weight loss plans. So, try making your own detox water at home today and enjoy its many benefits!




DETOX WATER RECIPES


1. CLEARER SKIN

cucumber+ lemon+ mint+ water


2. METABOLISM BOOSTER

apple+ cinnamon+ water


3. STOMACH BLOAT

cucumber+ lime+ mint+ ginger+ water


4. WEIGHT LOSS

cucumber+ grepefruit+ water


RECOMMENDATION

Add the ingredients together and place it in the fridge overnight before drinking.
