When I first visited Bali, I fell in love with smoothies. Almost all Cafes in Ubud serve all-day smoothies in different colors and tastes and with incredible decorations on top. Since then, I have played a lot with smoothie recipes, and one of my best-selling is the Peanut Butter Cacao Smoothie.
This Smoothie, I can call it also TJ's Smoothie.
One of Macau's happiest, most talented, and most beautiful ballerina, originally from Canada. We met a few years ago when I served this Smoothie in a small clubhouse café in town. TJ fell in love with my Peanut Cacao Smoothie, and she came to the café almost every day for her favorite dish. After a few months, when I started to provide healthy plant-based meals for The House of Dancing Water athletes, where TJ performs, she convinced me to bring her favorite Smoothie there. And in just a few weeks, TJ’s Smoothie becomes a hit.

Thanks to its appealing taste and short ingredient list, my peanut butter Cacao Smoothie is a great smoothie recipe for beginners. Just add to a blender – it doesn't get much easier than that.
2 Frozen Banana
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
Step 1 Add all the ingredients to a blender. Step 2 Blend until smooth.
