You book for a 1 week, a whole month, or multiple sessions over a period of time to help you reach your eating and cooking plant-based goals in the best possible way for you. Online or in-person, we can organize a session to suit your needs.
       

    • 1 session setting up your kitchen

    • 2 sessions learning how to shop

    • 1 session setting up your health goals

    • 2 sessions to build a balanced plant-based plate

    • 4 session food review

    • Unlimited online support between appointments

    • 4 weeks meal plan for breakfast/lunch/dinner and healthy snacks

    • 6 hours total/ can be split into 2, 3, 4 classes
