MEET THE TRAINER

ANDREEA APOSTOL

Andreea is a professionally trained chef and culinary educator with over a decade of experience in plant-based cuisine, baking, and fermentation. Her passion for sourdough led her to further specialize as a French baker and pastry chef at The Institut Disciples Escoffier in Hong Kong, deepening her expertise in artisan bread and advanced baking techniques.

She has trained over 1,000 students internationally, conducted masterclasses at the Culinary Academy, and served as a culinary trainer and guest speaker at numerous wellness and gastronomy events. Her approach combines technical precision with creativity, focusing on wholesome ingredients and the art of natural fermentation.

With her warm teaching style and deep knowledge of sourdough, Chef Andreea will guide you step by step through the process, helping you build confidence and master the craft of artisan bread baking.
