CHAPTER 3
Mayan Hearts. Thai Herbs. One Sacred Table.

Chapter 3 invites you into a deeply immersive ceremonial evening. Together we gather at one sacred table where food becomes offering, herbs become medicine, and community becomes prayer.

Through plant‑based cuisine inspired by vibrant Thai flavors and rooted in ancestral wisdom, we reconnect with the rhythms of the earth — and the ancient calendars that once guided humanity.

Meet Chef Tina
Mayan Calendar Reader

Tina is not only a visionary chef, but she is also a Mayan calendar reader deeply connected to ancestral cosmology.

Through your birth date, she will read your personal Mayan day sign, revealing the energetic imprint you were born under — your strengths, life lessons, and spiritual path according to the sacred Mayan calendar.

After your personal Mayan calendar reading, the journey continues through flavor.

Rooted in her Thai heritage, Tina steps into the kitchen to share the tastes of her lineage — a vibrant plant‑based Thai dinner inspired by the traditions she grew up with.

Fragrant lemongrass, fresh basil, kaffir lime, warming ginger, and delicate spices come together in dishes that are bold, soulful, and deeply nourishing.

The Menu Experience

This is not just a meal — it is an expression of Chef Tina's roots.

A celebration of Thailand’s rich culinary wisdom, reimagined through plants and prepared with intention.

Each plate is layered with flavor, story, and heart — bringing the sacred experience from the calendar into the body through taste.

A Thai plant‑based feast — alive, aromatic, and unforgettable.

We begin with a warm Thai Coconut Mushroom Soup — a fragrant coconut broth infused with lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime, gently opening the senses.

From there, the flavors brighten with a refreshing Papaya Salad, balancing sweet, sour, and a touch of chili heat to awaken the palate.

The heart of the evening follows: a homemade Green Curry with Tempeh and Seasonal Vegetables, simmered in rich coconut milk and served with Thai rice — bold, comforting, and deeply satisfying.

And to close, a soft Pandan Coconut Pudding — lightly sweet, aromatic, and soothing — a gentle, beautiful ending to the feast.
