About the event

Join us for an engaging and hands-on workshop where you’ll discover the art of baking delicious and healthy sourdough breads, as well as learn how to complement them with vibrant, nutritious, plant-based dips that are sure to delight!


In this class, students will dive into the joy of creating two types of bread: delightful roll bread and versatile flatbread, all crafted using a vibrant sourdough starter. To make this workshop even more special, our chef has lovingly designed five beautiful, healthy, and fully plant-based dip recipes that pair perfectly with our breads.


What You’ll Learn:

  • Sourdough Basics: Understand the science behind sourdough and how to maintain a healthy starter.

  • Bread Techniques: Master the techniques for shaping and baking both roll bread and flatbread, ensuring a perfect crust and a soft interior.

  • Plant-Based Dips: Learn how to make five delicious plant-based dips that perfectly complement your freshly baked bread.
